trouble sitting still
Why is this a challenge and how can you help?
It can be hard for a student to sit still during class. Students have a lot of energy that is not used when stationary. Taking a break to move their bodies can be very helpful if the student is having trouble sitting still. Brain breaks are essential, especially for students who need more movement throughout the school day.
